Q: What and who is Alchemy Leadership Ltd?
Alchemy Leadership Ltd is a UK registered company that provides cutting edge leadership development programmes for individuals and management teams. There are eight of us in the team and we live in the UK, USA, and South Africa. Each of us has significant professional experience at a strategic business level as senior managers, management consultants, group facilitators, and leadership coaches.
Q: What services does Alchemy Leadership Ltd provide?
We offer highly effective personal leadership development programmes for Change Professionals, Leaders / Managers in organisations, and Private Individuals. We also offer Leadership Team Development Programmes for Senior Management Teams of Organisations. The latter typically include tailored offsite team workshops and seminars that are highly experiential and process oriented in nature.
Q: What is the Alchemy Leadership Programme?
The Alchemy Leadership Programme is a six module (3,6,or 12 months total), part time (30 minutes per session), programme of personal development and learning. Each module (28 sessions) has a different theme and consists of some reading materials (in the form of 4 published books) from some of the leading authors in the fields of human development, some reflections and writings on specific questions, some practices/skills to learn and integrate, some audios to listen to, and some videos to watch. Progress in the programme is determined entirely by your participation. Each module runs for 28 sessions - all reflections and activities must be completed within the scheduled time (1 or 2 months per module) in order to progress into the next module.

As a participant you will receive:
- A 60 minute one-on-one real-time coaching conversation by telephone with your coach from the Alchemy Team.
- Optional participation in a group coaching conference call with other participants at a similar stage in the programme and a member of the Alchemy Team.
- Specific, relevant, and actionable progress feedback in written form.
- Full and unlimited access to your personalised Leadership Lab workspace
- All core texts and readings for the programme
- On-request 24/7 technical and learning support
- Progress assurance monitoring by your designated coach.
Q: What makes the programme distinctive?

Q: What about Certification or Accreditation?
Alchemy Leadership Ltd is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Our programmes do not count for certification or accreditation with these bodies. The focus of our programmes is deep personal development, the results and benefits of which will enable you to use the technical coaching skills, tools, or approaches that you already know and use with your clients.
Q: What assurances do i have the programme works?
The readings, reflections, and practices, are a combination of the latest leadership development and transpersonal coaching methodologies, and age-old tools and techniques of learning and growth. The Alchemy Leadership Ltd team has worked with 1000s of people over the course of many years using these distinctions, methods, and practices. Further, having registered and been accepted on the programme, should you wish to withdraw your participation from the programme at any stage during the first 3 months, you can of course do this and receive a full refund of payments that you have made.
Q: What is the New Alchemists network?
The New Alchemists network is an online networking forum, and ideas and opportunities exchange for participants on Alchemy programmes, coaches, facilitators, practitioners, and other individuals and organisations interested in whole systems change, and organisational and personal transformation. It is FREE to join the network, search the resources database, and connect and dialogue with other members.
