Leadership Coaching
Typically, the programme requires 30 minutes per day of experiential practice, reading, reflecting, or writing.
As you progress and integrate the new skills, the time required for the programme will shift from being additional to your normal daily routine, to simply becoming an integral part of it.
As a participant you will receive:
- A 60 minute real-time coaching conversation by telephone with your coach from the Alchemy Team every module (This can be more frequent).
- Specific, relevant, and actionable progress feedback in written form.
- Daily specific progress guidelines by email.
- Progress supervision by your coach.
- On-request 24/7 technical and learning support wherever you are in the world.
- Full and unlimited access to your personalised Leadership Lab workspace.
- All core texts and readings for the whole programme.
- Optional participation in a group coaching conference call every module with other participants at a similar stage in the programme and a member of the Alchemy Team.
