The aim of the third module in the programme is about really putting into action what you have learned so far. In its most basic form, getting complete / resolved with your past. All of us to a greater or lesser extent are 'incomplete' or 'unresolved' with our past - with people and experiences. Whilst this is perfectly normal, it does have us bring those experiences 'sub-consciously' into the present which can get in the way, and also 'withhold' part of our available energy and attention for the moment.
When you face whatever it is that concerns you about your own personal history and then tell the truth about those experiences to yourself and if required, those involved (getting complete), you free up huge amounts of energy that now becomes available for more useful purposes.
The process of completing our past is in many ways a new skill for most of us, and one that can be learned and integrated just like any other. What is powerful is not only getting complete with your past, but also getting complete moment to moment. That way you don't create new 'containers' of withheld energy.
As part of this process you will also learn how to be with your emotions and the emotions of others. Many of us find it challenging simply to be with our own hurt, fear, anger, greed, jealousy, and even sometimes with our own joy, love, and happiness. Similarly when these emotions present themselves with those around us, we can feel uncomfortable.
You will also learn that emotions are just different forms of energy, that they are all valid, all normal, and all useful if acknowledged and processed. When we don't do this, that's when we can create problems for ourselves. Years of unprocessed emotions can even contribute to physical disease.
By the end of Module 3, it is guaranteed that your life will look and feel quite different.
