- A Universal Context
Having spent much of the first 4 modules of the programme focussed on developing clarity and making available more energy for ourselves, in module 5 we now turn our attention to our relationships with others.
It is in relationship in one form or another that we all find ourselves living the human experience. Most of us usually unconsciously and clumsily stumble through our life's relationships. The way we are in relationship, as we learned in Month Two of the programme is patterned at an early age. Now, in Month Five, we will learn in a highly experiential manner, some new ways of being in relationship with others in a much deeper and more meaningful way.
You will also consider energy from the perspective of the masculine and feminine forces that manifest through you. Regardless of gender or indeed sexual preference, when you look, you will see how these two polarised energies are at play in your needs, values, beliefs, mindsets, psychologies, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Acknowledging these energies and working with them can be a very powerful tool for growth, individually and in relationship.
And so it is that we also find ourselves in relationship with the world and universe beyond other people. It is rare that we spend any time truly considering a context bigger than ourselves and our immediate surroundings. Maybe for a short while when we hear news of some conflict or natural disaster in another part of the world. How about considering looking back at the earth from space? This is not simply an exercise in fantasy and imagination, rather a very serious practice of considering who we are and where we are in the bigger scheme of things.
Context gives meaning to content. When the context within which you live your life gets bigger (sometimes much bigger), the meaning you attribute to the content of your experience changes. You have a bigger perspective, and usually a much humbler and more grateful one.
Module 5 will have you radically improve the way you relate with those closest to you, your family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
