This final module of the programme is about leadership within a bigger context, with greater consciousness, and increased impact in your life and in society.
By this stage of the programme you will have progressed through five modules of intensive personal development work. You will have embedded some powerful new life skills that have enabled you to free up significant energy for both your personal and professional lives.
Your question now becomes, what to do with that energy? Your work has also opened your eyes to seeing life in a much bigger context than you had previously. The way you view yourself and the way you view your world will have shifted and expanded.
Your broader vision and increased energy will both be utilised in this final module of the programme, as you learn and embed some new creative techniques to craft and design your new leadership role.
Consider that what this will be, who this will be with, and how it will happen, is right now, before you work through the programme, completely unknown to you.
You simply cannot see or imagine what is possible.
