This 3-part programme presents an option for a powerful journey of learning and growth for the senior leadership team of a large organisation. Its design is based on the experience gained with many executive teams, and it is applicable, with customisation based on diagnostic work, to deliver value wherever in the developmental lifecycle the team and organisation finds itself.

The programme consists of 3 x two day seminars spread over a 6 - 12 month period. Leadership coaching can also be included between seminars to enhance embedding and on-the-job integration.
